I read in some places about the importance of sleep in the post marathon recovery process. It is probably a myth. I just wonder how people are getting their life done and having enough sleep. I barely get all the stuff I have to do completed and I end up in bed so late. I still feel like I am not moving forward on project and stuff I want to do. The need to so takes a lot of time.
I really need to get more focus and more stuff done. I’d like to write post more often, even if they are short and more or less meaningful. Id like to complete the renovation of the living room, start doing something with the basement. Bring a couch back in there.
So much stuff to do, so few hours in a day.
